Commission status will be open from time to time when my workload allows it, thank you for your interest and understanding! 🤗🌷
✿ When commissions are open, you can fill in a request through the commission form on my website!
✿ I will take slots per my availability, if I accept your commission I will contact you!
✿ For commercial requests and projects, please contact me at fiveonthe.commission@gmail.com for additional information. -
✿ Once your commission is accepted, I will contact you through email when I begin.
✿ I will send an invoice after confirming all details with you!
✿ All prices are in USD and commissions are invoiced through Paypal only. Payment can be made full upfront or half initially and half upon completion.
✿ General production time is around 1 ~ 2 months or more depending on the complexity of your request. I will be updating you along the way each stage.
✿ I will work closely with your feedback in the commission process, so feel free to let me know what you think! ( Initial Sketch > Base Colours > Painting Details > Final )
✿ Final file will be sent as a full resolution 300 dpi JPEG. Please specify if you need any particular file formats!

— Commission rates listed are for personal use only. You can print, display, use for social media icons/wallpapers, etc. No reproductions for profit, use in AI training, or any form of monetization.
— Pricing listed are general estimates, please contact me for a specific quote as each commission will be tailored to suit your needs!
— My gallery will serve as a general example of what I do and what I don't, I may decline your request if I don't think I'm able to execute it well, or if it goes against my terms of service.
— I may show progress of your commission on my social media & portfolio. Please let me know if you would prefer me not to.
— If I have already made progress on your commission and you do not respond after 4 weeks, I will put your commission on hold. If you do not respond after 12 weeks, I will cancel your commission.
— If you need to cancel your commission, you can do so anytime before I begin. However if I have already made progress on your commission, I cannot refund any amount that has been paid. -
— If you feel like my art style is suited for your commercial project, please contact me for additional information.
— Rates will differ depending on the scope of the project, usage and licensing.
— Purchasing for monetization and commercial usage requires licensing and will incur an additional % fee on top of the base commission rate.

Personal commissions — Reproduction for profit, or sales of the commissioned work is not permitted.
Commercial commissions — Generally I offer a non-exclusive commercial licence unless otherwise discussed.Non-Exclusive commercial licence — You would be allowed to sell, print, distribute, promote online etc. on agreed terms. I would also have the option to post to social media, add to my portfolio etc. on agreed terms.
